Yes — orders placed before 2:00 PM ET for in-stock items are processed the same day. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and freight for large orders across Canada and the USA.

Yes. Calibration certificates traceable to national standards (NRC/NIST) are available for all precision sensors. NIST-traceable certificates can be requested at time of order for an additional fee.

All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1–3 years). Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Custom or specially configured products are non-refundable. Contact us for details.
